1. Visit Santa Claus Office

Visiting Santa Claus here is free! You don’t have to pay anything on your visit except if you want to buy the picture and the end of your visit as a memory.

Don’t worry if your budget tight, just remember to save the coupon with the QR code of your visit and you have one year to buy the photo or photo-video package.

2. Crossing th Arctic Circle

The Arctic Circle is a circle of latitude that runs 66°33′45.9″ north of the Equator.In other words “the Arctic Circle line marks the southernmost latitude where the sun can stay continuously below or above the horizon for 24 hours – these phenomena are known as the Midnight Sun in the summer and the Polar Night (“Kaamos”) in the winter” -@visitrovaniemi

3. Visit Santa Claus Reindeer Farm

Here you have the possibility to see and feed reindeer and take some pictures from early summer until the beginning of autumn. No booking is needed for the visits. The staff will tell you about the reindeer facts and reindeer herding.

Entrance fee: 5.00 € / person (no time limits)

Available: from 1st of June until 15th of October, daily 10.00 – 16.00 

4. Reindeer ride experience with Santa Claus Reindeer Farm

The reindeer rides are available from 15th of November (or when permanent snow comes) to 15th April.

  • Forest Path (~1 km)

5. Stamp your passport or get a certificate that you cross the Arctic Circle 

The biggest secret in the Artic Circle (66°32′ 35″) in Rovaniemi, Finland is that you can get your passport stamped with an Arctic Circle Stamp proving that you’ve crossed into the Arctic Circle!

On the stamp you can see the Finnish map line that belongs to the Artic Circle & the date of your visit (Small fee is required).

If the stamp is not enough, you can also pay a CERTIFICATE proving you have been and cross into the Artic Circle.

Note: Before you get the stamp take in consideration that is not official stamp and you might have problems to enter to another countries. Stamp your passport on your own risk.
